Well being adviser turns into performance booster

Well-being adviser
The idea is a well-being adviser implemented as a mobile client that retrieves data from an online server. The original idea was to combine many medical services, however, that may not be the best scenario. The idea improvements last time led to a service idea that provides well-being information to a specific customer group. This group could be gender based or activity based.
This weeks improvements
I started to think of possible groups that might need something related to health and what came to mind is sports people. I mean sports enthusiasts are very active and most likely will want good information whenever and wherever they may need it. So to take the idea further I decided that the focus group would be people doing some sort of heavy training, whether it be working out or doing sprints it doesn’t matter. Real athletes share a passion for hard work and a need for excellence.
To improve the idea, the goal was to look at the context of the idea. Now that the focus group was clear, the context could be established to sports. Now what in the world of sports would this service do good. Sports includes cycling, swimming, working out, running, playing tennis, basketball, volleyball, and track and field activities. The sports context is resembled in many events: winter Olympics, the Olympics, world cup, races, championships, games, local competitions etc. Sports is linked with values of being the best you can, being healthy, encouraging yourself, challenging yourself and not giving up. It is a passionate activity that usually involves others, which act as a driving force for self improvement.
To improve the well-being adviser idea, it could be changed to a performance booster service. As people want to get better at their activities they will want to hear from people who are better than them on what is the best method or way of doing something. A service that allows user participation and some sort of status ranking would provide valuable information to its users through competition. The service is built on the users themselves with those with higher stats receiving more attention and their insights being spread more.
The idea is to let users work to make their stats better and get heard, while at the same let them read about others performances and experiences.  As the service develops, users form a community.
